At Open World Forum in Paris last week, I had the chance to interview Ross Turk, Senior Director of Communities at Talend, and could talk him into showing how he collects and analyzes community metrics. Ross uses Talend to extract data and BIRT to process the graphs. It’s great and big fun to hear Ross explain how he evaluates the statistics.
